I'm a toriphile. Mikewhy from The Dent was the first person to call me a toriphile and I never knew what it was till like two years ago which is okay so when he called me a toriphile I thought it was like cool. So I just stuck to calling myself a toriphile.

i actually never heard ewf until recently i was like eh? but i heard of toriphile (sounds like a strong word yes no?) anyways i always kept it on my aol profile and toriphiles from all over seem to find u...  |

I'm both. I have 2 shirts. One says "Ears With Feet" and the other says "Toriphile". I won't vote, cuz I really can't decide which one I prefer to be grouped in. I'm 'bi'. |

Tori once made the comment she hates the word "fan." She said we should all call ourselves "ears with feet."
Actually, I listened to a recording of the first time she made this statement but I can't remember the site. I'll look for it - it's so touching!

i heard that one, too, fearscape...the recording where Tori starts to cry...aww. I don't remember the site, either but i think it was during the Dew Drop Inn tour.
I put EWF, too.
Toriphile to me sounds kinda negative only b/c my husband deals in the kind of work where he prosecutes all kinds of -philes ....hard for me to shake the negative connotation of a -phile! lmao So, yeah.

i'm a french ear with feet (FEWF) in france we create the fiouffes (written in a french way) community and BEWF (belgian) are creating... we have our french "dent", called "the sweetest cherry on the applepie" where we have all the news but in french for the non english-speaking people...

Of course, EWF is a term made by Tori herself... so that's why I tossed a coin. |
