Tori reminds me of a journey. A spiritual journey to knowing yourself better. I can't tell you how many things I've learned about myself through relating to some of her lyrics..

That's IT?! That's all you put in a post, all by itself?! No wonder you're up to nearly 2000. I've gotta change my technique... ...oh yes, the only thing Tori reminds me of is Chopin. Schumann once described Chopin's music as "guns buried in flowers". HEY, I JUST REALIZED THIS IS POST 1970 FOR ME!!! Whooo, my birthyear! Tori was 7 years old then LOL! ;D LMAO! ;D I remember you posting about the Chopin reference before.....that is way cool. Hmmm....Tori herself makes me think of Individuality. But her music.....well, I can't quite think of a word or phrase. Somewhere over the last 11 or so years her music has just become part of me, part of who I am. It's more of a feeling than a description. So, I guess Tori reminds me......to feel! LOL |
