Nattie, I think you may be eating out of axiousnous or boredom or something that's bothering you. I know that's tough but you need to find out what's going on before actually trying to schedule your meals. If it's just hunger over all maybe you need to start eating more mixed meals, which is a fair portion of carbohidrates and lots of green veggies, to give you energy and not requiere you eating all day. I struggle with losing too much weight unwilllingly, I weigh the same as I did 10 years ago 47 kilos, like 95 pounds and I'm 24. Both ways it's really hard. Try drinkin' a lot of water, it kind of makes the hunger go away, and balance your meals, and stay away from everything fried, you know fries, bacon all that greasy stuff. And know that we're all here for you Nattie.

I know that you've gained weight because of food but I just wanted to point out that to lose the weight you also need to excersize, as well as stop eating so much. Which you probably already know, but I just wanted to say it so it's not forgotten. Good luck with what you end up doing

If you start today, you can be in excellent physical shape by this summer. Even if you have to try 50,000 times, don't give in.

Nattie,
I don't think I have much that I can offer you here, except that I agree that more smaller meals is better than fewer bigger meals. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with acid reflux. Despite the commercials that promote Nexium or whatever, I do not believe it is a disease, just a condition that we psychologically place on ourselves. For me, I ate only a couple of meals a day but they were always BIG. Then I had some nasty heartburn attacks and learned my eating habits were killing me. Now I eat more often throughout the day and smaller portions. Not only did the reflux diminish, but I lost about 10-20 pounds in the process. Try to control it with smaller portions and nibbles and snacks throughout the whole day.
You are very brave to come out and tell us this. That bravery can extend to your eating habits.
WE ARE ALL PULLING FOR YOU! (I hope this helped.)
