Did you know in the book Legolas can walk on snow?When the avalanche happens, before they go below to the caves, he saves all of them. And right now, i am reading the last book, and Legolas starts talking about his longing for the sea. Hmm, woods....sea...sigh

I'm a little late to this whole Orlando Bloom appreciation thread...but I had to say...yes...YUMMMMMY! I fell in love with him after I saw The Fellowship last December. Until then, Heath Ledger was my celebrity passion...but Orlando blows him away. I wished his part in Black Hawk Down had been bigger, but it was still nice to see him. He's got several more movies coming out this year. Woo! Gimme some Orlando Bloom! By the way...Orlando's birthday is Monday (January 13). He'll be 26.  yup!!!! day before my bday!!! WOOP |

Yes, yes!! And what of my favorite, Viggo Mortensen (he played Aragorn Strider)??!! Am I the only one who adores him? Okay, actually, I never really found him attractive until he played Aragorn. I think I just like this rugged look with the long hair. (yeah, I'm one of those girls who goes for the rugged Brad Pit / Russel Crowe type look)  [  The light eyes / dark hair combo always gets me. My boyfriend has the blue-est eyes and dark, dark hair (and it used to be about that length). I got him to grow a sexy little semi-beard, too. |

I'm content with my boy... you all should be too, silly girls and their lust. *hides the pictures of orlando she secretly saved* Oh, and.. in reference to Legolas walking on snow... That's an elf thing.. and if you pay attention to the scene on the mountain in Fellowship... Legolas IS walking on TOP of the snow. Don't know if you caught that or not... but it's there... so it holds fairly true to Tolkien's saying that elves can walk on top of snow. |
