I have lived all 16 years of my life in Greenwood, Indiana.
But in about a year and 9 months, I plan to move to California, as that is where my school of choice is. That, and my lovely boy is there.

Orfeo, have you heard of Heerlen, near the German border? I spent 2 1/2 weeks ther. I loved it. Can't say I've heard of it in any meaningful sense. I'm hardly an expert on things Belgian - the first time I ever actually saw the place was at the age of 26, and my family isn't of Belgian ancestry. I just use my Belgian connection when it suits me, mostly so that I have a team to support in those few sports where Australia isn't any good (soccer being the most notable).

I'm another one from sunny Southern California! Born & raised here.....lived up in Northern California for 8 years & now living back down in Southern California in Rancho Cucamonga, where we can view the beautiful snow-capped San Bernardino mountains from Palm-tree lined streets & parks like this: www.citivu.com/index.htmlWe are less than an hour's drive from skiing in the mountains & less than an hour's drive from surfing at the beach! Plus we have the BEST shopping here! ;D I love it here! PS: the pics on that site rotate with each click, so if you don't see the pretty mountains at first it will eventually come up! LOL

Wow! I met my husband while we were both students at U.C. Riverside! Is that where your boyfriend goes to school? Have you been there? You MUST visit the Mission Inn if you go....it's a beautiful landmark hotel downtown! My husband currently works there in downtown Riverside. Small world, huh?!

lol That's downright crazy. But no, he doesn't go to school at UCR, he's going to go to DeVry soon, actually. And I may be going to Riverside in a couple of months, but my father doesn't seem incredibly thrilled by this idea.
But hey, I'm moving out when I'm 18, and though we'll be moving to San Fran, MAYBE I'll demand we stop by. ;D
