I was roaming around The Dent this mronign when it came to me like a vision out form the clouds. haha it was awesome. You just have to see this. Tori has a new single now. It's a promo single meaning like the 'A Sorta Fairytale' single she will have it released soon. Because 'A Sorta Fairytale' had a promo before it released the actual single. This is amazing. I know my friend Bree has a copy for me, I can FEEL it. LOL. Bree here I come! hehehe. -------------> "The second single from Tori's Scarlet's Walk album will be Taxi Ride. A promotional single has been created for U.S. radio, and scans of it have already appeared on eBay recently. - The single only includes Taxi Ride and nothing else. The disc says it is a radio edit at 3:56 in length. Since the album version is 4:00 long, I have to wonder if it is that much different. There is no sign this will be commercial single in the U.S., just a radio single like a sorta fairytale was. I am still not sure if anything will be released overseas commercially for a second single." -Mikewhy    |

So, all the predictions were true. No other song on SW cries out PLAY ME ON RADIO like that one does.
The photos for the front and back covers look absolutely GORGEOUS by the way.

I can't really make out the back cover.. OK, when I said it was gorgeous I didn't say it was clear! Just very atmospheric. I really like the night-time look because I see this as a night-time song. I'd say there is a cigarette involved given the song's lyrics. |

In the middle picture you can see the reflection of whoever took the pics. Kinda creepy lol.
Taxi Ride isn't the best song, but I'm excited anyway. I hope we get somemore bsides too. And maybe even a video?! She could have shot one recently in between the North American leg and the Europe one..

Taxi Ride is far too commercial but I love it though!! My God i'm glad she's releasing that song, i repeat it is very commercial and it's one of my fav. songs! it must do it better than A Sorta Fairytale (hopefully good enough to make mtvla play the video).
YAY! This is the best notice i've read today! ;D
Hope this really is the official single and that she shoots a good video (she's great at doing vidz)
