Oh, he appeared on stage at Ben Harper's last concert in Brisbane (Saturday night, I believe). So my sister and I were wondering if he might show up at our concert last night. Especially since he and Ben are apparently interested in buying property over here. But he didn't show! Oh well. 2083. ^ getting to finally see Mr Harper last night, even though the joy of it was severely lessened by all the STUPID DRUNK NOISY WANKERS that think it's cool to go to a quiet acoustic concert and talk all the bloody way through it. Edit: Carly, he didn't play Alone. #4# |

Booooooo @ not playing Alone and all the stupid fucking people in the audience! Any highlights?! Please Bleed was really great - he gets into it at the end and sorta screams out the words (it was somewhat like the version on his Live From Mars album). Power Of The Gospel was wonderful too. Burn One Down was fabulous, with everyone singing along (and lighting up lol). And I guess Amen Omen... if you can call using all your willpower not to burst into tears a highlight.  Grrr, I hate when people ruin shows like that! Why do they buy tix if they are not going to listen to the music?! I hope that you were still able to enjoy it. I know! Bunch of wankers. But yeah, it wasn't the most enjoyable concert I've ever been too but it was still pretty good. |
