hmmm... Toodles Mr. Jim seems to be the first one that comes to mind. The more I think about it, though, the more I realize that it's not really evil.
I definitely agree with you about Heart of Gold. It's in her version of the music. I think that it would win the prize for most evil.
Cruel, of course, and Waitress fit the bill.
Sweet Dreams also refers to a lot of evil, though the song itself is not really evil.

I think God is kinda evil. At least with my upbringing, it is. My mom would keel over if she heard it.

I don't think any of Tori's songs are quite 'Evil', perhaps a little devious at times. But, I'll throw Raining Blood, '97 Bonnie & Cylde, and Spark in the mix.
