2200. The Damien Rice and Fiona Apple concert last night  Well, judging by your new av/sig (love them, by the way), I'd say it made an impact on you. I'm glad you had a great time. ♥ 2202. Spending time with my mom lately, who is visiting. It hasn't been without it's complications, mostly due to my grandmother's failing memory, but my mom and I went on a lovely hike yesterday along the ocean, and it was wonderful. We were able to put our sadness/concerns about my grandmother aside for a little while and just enjoy each others company. Plus, hiking (and taking pics at the same time) is always good for the soul.  |

2204. A lovely package containing Neko/Patty lovin' in my mailbox today. Music truly saves me. 2205. Driving my mom and grandma around in crazy traffic and not having a panic attack. It was funny, my mom and grandma were still in the car with me when I stopped to check my mail, then I had to merge into traffic AND change lanes, (which makes my heart race something terrible), but afterward I said: "Now that I'm in the right lane and I have my music, the stars are properly aligned in the sky." It sounds nutty, but I've been an anxious mess, so even changing lanes lately is a big deal.  |

2207. Patty G's, Shells. It made me cry today while doing the dishes. It's one of the saddest songs I've ever heard, but it made me think a lot about things, especially with everything going on right now in the world. It made me grateful to be alive, honestly. It's amazing how much one takes for granted.

I went to this hippie jam festival, 10klf I think it was called, stands for 10,000 Lakes Festival I believe. Pretty cool. And I'll let you guess what sorts of debauchery went down there, but we were all hippies, so it shouldn't be too hard |

I think my astounding reasoning skills can help me figure out what went down, yo. I just need to tell you this: I RUE the day you introduced Sarah to Guitar Hero. Yes, she finally fucking bought the damn game instead of stealing yours. But it's on ALL THE FUCKING TIME. That game is making me really hate some REALLY GOOD songs. |
