Returning (for real, this time! Lol.)

Geez... things went crazy again and I didn't yet have a chance to catch up, even after ^ that post. I also haven't updated my lj, or MySpace, or visited any of my old online haunts in ages. I can't tell you how much I miss you!

The good busy stuff:

• My promotion is finally in the works at my job, which is all sorts of wonderful! I was busy for a while, working on a project to earn this new position. It went perfectly, and I'm so excited!!
  
• One of my best friends is pregnant.
  
• I am a bridesmaid for another friend's wedding.
  
• I now run a geeky blog for Heroes (the TV show) fanatics (my SN is "DharmaChick" at all the Lost and Heroes sites). Actually, it is for the geeky online extension of the show. #53#
  
• I'm taking a trip to Scotland in May.

The frustrating busy stuff:

• We can't really afford the trip, so there's lots to sort out.
  
• I've been having some weird medical issue (side/abdominal pain) for months that hasn't been resolved, but I've had a million tests done along the way.
  
• My rent is going up again, so it looks like Josh and I may need to find a new place. It's scramble time, finding a place and getting the move time to work out OK.

ANYWAY, I am so excited to be around again and I'm going to make a better effort to keep in touch around here! I have so much to read up on all of you. I hope that you are all well.

I am psyched for the new album and tour! If anyone wants to see a show in the NYC area, drop me a line and we can meet up. I'll try to check out the Boston one, too.

Not so great that you're still having those weird health problems... I remember you mentioning them on lj a while ago.. it sucks when these things drag on. I hope you'll get a decent diagnosis and solution for it soon.
