Would you be happy with the way you lived your life if you died tomorrow? ======== Because my life seems to be engulfed with a theme of death and happiness lately, this question has been racing through my brain at an alarming rate. ======== My answer is no. There are things that I would regret significantly: ~The fact that I tried to end my life by my own hands four times ~The fact that I spent five years doing nothing but being depressed and feeling awful about life. ~The fact that my left arm is a mass of scars. ~The fact that I'm only now just learning how beautiful life really is. ~The fact that I haven't yet finished my album. ~The fact that I need to tell everyone that I care about that I love them and that they are so important to me. ======== What am I going to do about this? I am going to work hard to finish my album, I would be so sad to look back on my life and see that I never left a fingerprint on this planet. I am going to live life to the fullest everyday, somedays will still be hard, but I'm going to try to see some brightness to the darkness. I'm never going to harm my body intentionally again because this life was a gift to me to learn and accumulate wisdom and I'm not going to let that slip away from me anymore.  xo |

Wonderous thread Nattie, and I mean that in a good and literal way.  If I left this place today I would certainly not look back and feel fulfilled. I went from toddler to adult, so quick that I forgot to expand past the emotional stuff. I feel like I was stunted at 18. At 12 people were always flipping out coz I seemed to well spoken and thoughtful and mature. Now I feel like a little kid around my peers....its weird. SO anyway yes, id have disappointments that were soley my fault. |

I don't know. It would depend on the reason of my death--if it was because I had been eating badly throughout my life I would not be happy at all for doing something so bad to myself. I think that I'm too young to die without regrets: I find that childhood and youth are both just practicing life through making mistakes and learning from them, and I really wouldn't want to leave the world when I'm just beyond the hardest learning years and still in process... So although I'm not necessarily happy with whatever has happened in my life and what I have done, they're kind of part of me, and I wouldn't like feeling bad about them when I'm about to die and I should celebreate the last days on Earth... I'm so wishy-washy I can't say yes or no to this |

hey i just wanna say to u people dont feel bad about scars and wars and alll that u pull u down ! wasted time !!!! be happy with u life and be strong and make u own heaven ! got scars like a old wolf ! and iff u think about what people thinking over scars or looks ?? u never get peace !! just feel ok ! be happy and its u personality thats important ! never loose uself ! life is to precious to be sad ! broken neck ,pitbull bite in my face , scar from 12 cm w and 18 h ripped flesch out of me in car crash ! personality is important !! and scars or not ! tattooing is my passion and they think what they want !! and i still alive ! thats the greatest gift !greetz from belgium take care and nice to meet u all !(again ?) giovanni broken but alive
