Good luck, Carly You'll probably feel really good afterwards. I used to like the part when my chiropractor would sorta twist my head/neck. It's like you're waiting.. waiting... waiting.. then BAM he suddenly clicks it. lol P.S. I like your sig pic... it's cool how her coffee mug matches the barrels behind her! hehe |

She had to do some stuff to my upper back and then my lower back joints (especially on my right side) are really closed and restricted, which makes me barely able to move. She also told me she hasn't had a patient as tense as me in years. I've always known that I hold myself really tense, but it was funny to hear her reaction when she tried to rub my shoulders. I also love the pink mug and barrels! |

have you tried acupuncture? its a bit painfull depending on what their doing to you, but it works wonders.

Last I knew he is working on it. He had some ideas for the thread that turned out to be more work than he expected. But I'm sure it'll be posted soon. Knowing him, it will be some sort of multimedia extravaganza with excerpts of each song sung by the relevant doll when you roll over the right picture. When you vote for one, that doll smiles at you and the others all shuffle off the screen looking dejected. |

Never mind. I spoke too soon. About two hours later, my back was right back to where it was before. Oh no  that sucks I guess sometimes it can take a few treatments to feel better though. Also, an osteopath can be really good for that sort of thing - their treatment is gentler than a chiropractor too. I've been to one but it was so long ago I can't really remember much. Only that it was more like massage than crunching and clicking. |

Cazzie, it takes time for the back to get readjusted, I see my chiro twice weekly since the car crashed and I'm starting massage therapy once a week next week. It's all about recovery. I suggest you go back again.  xo |
