Paulo, I think if anyone can drive stick here, it's you. It scares me too, I don't really think I'll have kids either, who knows though? xo

Do you ever get middle aged mothers saying stuff like "oh when I was your age I didn't want kids either! you'll change your mind!" ?? That's annoying. And maybe one day I will change my mind, but I still don't think I'd want to squeeze one out lol

lol... hey, you could always go for a c-section, how's that? you just lay there under the happy effect of heavy prescription drugs and have people carve you like cattle for dinner. sounds better? meanwhile, i really really really can't drive a stick. i tried a couple times and almost crashed my in-laws car. not that it'd be a big loss, since it's a big green van, no one should be forced to look at that. lol.

I've known since I was 15 or 16 that I want to adopt...I do not want to have my own kids. I want to get my tubes tied and I'm going to have a hard time finding a doctor who will tie the tubes of a woman in her mid-twenties who has no kids. I think it's fuckin' ridiculous. It's like they don't trust a woman's decision to not have kids. *fuming*

^ I didn't even think about that... wow, that's so rude that a lot of doctors would be unwilling to do it. I wonder if they act the same way about a man in his twenties who wants to get a vasectomy?

The only babies I want are ones with fur and feathers. And yeah, Carly, I've heard it's very difficult to find someone who will tie your tubes at a young age. I think that whatever a woman wants to do with her uterus is HER CHOICE. DR's weighing in their personal feelings about this is just INFURIATING to me. Maybe I ought not to comment on this issue at all. I'm a little emotionally raw about it all just now.

It's happened to me, and it's incredably annoying. Those same middle-aged cows will look at me when I'm eating something fattening and say: "Sure you can eat that now, but just wait until you have kids." My mom is thinner than me and she's had 5, so they're full of shit.

It really amazes me the things some people say. They just make assumptions and throw them at you as if they're proven fact, instead of stopping to think that everyone's different. I have friends my age who are married with babies and they're such awesome parents.. and I admire them because it's not something I could handle.
And it seems to differ depending on your situation.. I feel sorry for my boss these days - she's getting married in March and has just turned 30, so there's various people (women and men) sticking their beak in saying stuff like "oh you'll want to have kids soon then" .. but this is the furthest thing from her mind - drives her up the wall.

I can understand your boss's frustration. I've dealt with those questions for 8 years! The more years that go by, the most persistant they get in their questions. I can't go to any sort of a family function without people prying at me. It's so unbelievably rude and nosy of them! Suppose we were trying to get pregnant and were having fertility issues? Suppose we were trying to adopt and the arrangements were falling through? These things happen. And to think that just because one is married, they're necessarily ready or willing to commit to parenthood is just dumb. One has nothing to do with the other. One might be ready for marriage but not parenthood, or parenthood but not marriage. At any rate, it's no ones buisness. Certainly not the buisness of mere aquaintances or busy-body aunts I only see at Christmas. I notice that men never get these sorts of questions. After all, they can make babies until they're a 100, but "our clocks are ticking" so we better hurry up!

I started as trainee in kindergarten today. I was supposed to go to the library but because they didn't send a word can I work there or not, employment office lady suggested I should pick up another place. I chose kindergarten even though I'm not so fond into little kids. :/ Buuuut, at least my first day was good. Kids were nice and I didn't have problems... Of course I had that little uncomfortable feeling which comes just being new in the place and not knowing all things etc. But the people there were really nice too. There was many cute children but I liked most a girl called Janette, she was so sweet. I hope tomorrow will be as easy day as today. ^^

OMG. Why do people ring up and expect me to know who they are? Some guy was like "it's Clint... " and I'm like "yeah, where are you from?" and he tells me, with this really surprised tone of voice. I talk to thousands of people every week, DICKFACE!!

Know how my roommate is handling us not having gas (so no stove and no hot water)? She's taking even fewer showers than she was before (gross) and gets a pizza delivered every other day. I'm just watching her blow her fuckin' money on crap when she should be paying the gas bill so we can get reconnected.

Ahhh I'm tired. I got like 9 hours sleep though. Today is gonna be a long day - I just want it to be 12 hours from now so I'm sitting in my seat watching Tori. hehehe.. what an impatient little shit.
It's all grey out there and is sposed to rain. It always rains when I come to Australia?! wtf!
Ok better go, my internet time is about to expire and there's a cleaning lady hovering around who just wants to finish her job but can't till I get outta here..
