I was just wondering if anyone here watches Heroes. My roomate recently got me very addicted to this show and it's surprisingly good and original.

Although sometimes I find myself getting so confused!
We just had episode 18 here last night.. so maybe I'll stay away from this thread incase of spoilers. lol

I love this show! I've seen all the way to episode 21 so I'll be careful with what I say. The show really is original! And although it's been compared to Lost, at least this one steadily offers answers to the viewers' questions, and does not leave you too frustrated. I love Claire. She's great. And who could not like Hiro?  |

Ok cool, a spoiler-free zone then ;D Yeah I agree, it's good that it doesn't have TOO much mystery to drive us crazy.. I love Lost, but I think having to put up with another show at that same level would be difficult - the suspense would probably kill me! Aww Hiro is great. And basically I'm happy any time Peter Petrelli is on screen |

Just watched episode 14. Does anyone else find it awful that there is a Claire/Peter romance fanbase online? I personally love Mohinder and I did love Eden  and I also love Peter... The rest I like mostly except for Captain Glasses (Claire's adoptive daddy) and Nathan... Nathan makes me angry often. Also who doesn't love Hiro... I find myself going awww often in his presence. I also like Nikki... though I usually feel badly for her. I think Micah is adorable. |

Hehehe!! I can see how that would be weird! didn't get into any internet stuff though because I'm too worried about spoilers.. so I had no idea about that. Oh yeah poor Eden :\ Mohinder does rock though. I feel kinda bad for Nathan, like he's between a rock and a hard place or something. Can't be easy. Btw, did you download these? or borrow dvds? if so, hurry up and catch up to me so I don't accidentally give anthing away!  Shit, I needa go make dinner... hehe. |

My roomate bittorrented the first season We're slowly watching them. I have been avoiding spoilers too but my roomate (who is caught up) was ranting about how wrong that would be and until that episode I only kinda realized why. My biggest problem with Nathan is he thinks he knows what's good for everyone when really all he sees is what's good for himself. Also how do you all feel about the Haitian and the fact that everyone seems to know he's Haitian just by looking at him? |

Yeah let's keep on posting where we are at the episodes so we can talk about the ones that everyone has seen with spoilers and all That Haitian thing is pretty interesting. I never even thought about it but now that you pointed it out, everyone knows he is "Haitian", hah. Hm. Something to do with voodoo? I don't like Nathan, then suddenly I like him, and then I don't like him again. In a way he is a typical politician type, and then suddenly his older brother persona takes over for a split second. I was kind of waiting that there would be more with him and his wife--who kind of disappears for a really long time! Claire and Peter? I kind of understand it, though, because of what happened between them, but... well. However, they are probably the cutest characters on the show I haven't liked Mohinder as much because there have been so many episodes where he has just been puttering about and not done anything, really. Also, what's the police man... I'm not terribly happy with his character either, although I sympathize with him. |

Awww you don't like Matt (the policeman) but he has a cool power even though it gets him in trouble. I also like that he's not afraid to use it ever. He's one of the few characters who was pretty much open about his power from the beginning. I think Mohinder hasn't done much because he's not sure what to do, I mean he's continuing someone else work and can only do as much as he knows how to do (which is only to look for the poeple and they always seem to be on the move). I really liked Charlie and was pretty mad when she was gone and there was no way to save her. I don't even like Nathan's brotherness because when his older brother DOES come out he still somehow manages to seem selfish and I can never tell if his motives are truly pure or not. |

I was thinking about that this morning, and it was even so wrong before we knew he was her uncle because she's only like 16.. hello, jailbait?! heheh Nathan frustrates me a bit because I do think deep down he's a good person but has gotten so used to all this crazy political ambition that the idea of just not being like that anymore is impossible. I like when the big brother moments come out, it seems sweet - like he cries at the drop of a hat. lol maybe I'm just a softie for crying men (as long as it's for a good cause! haha coz nobody likes a needy crybaby! ) Ahh this is a ramblefest. I can't wait to see next week's episode, it looks really good. |

HEROES IS AMAZING!!!
A friend of mine sad "watch heroes", so I got all the 22 episodes, and now I'm addicted of this... And after watching the 22 eps, I can't wait for the next monday...
My fav one? Hiro... He's funny and I think He'll be powerfull. It's like a controversial hero. Nothing of muscles and smart boy, and because of his power, He'll have a decisive paper on history...
I like Nikki too. And I think Nikki is very special.
So, I definitively can't wait for the next episode.

I just finished the last episode of the first season. It was awesome, except for one cheap emotional ploy that made absolutely no logical sense to me. But other than that, awesome. And I'm going to go now before I start raving and end up with spoilers. Can't wait for season 2, though.

This week we had the episode where Hiro was 5 years in the future... it was cool.
I wish they'd shown more of the fight between Peter and Sylar though.

I just finished the last episode of the first season. It was awesome, except for one cheap emotional ploy that made absolutely no logical sense to me. But other than that, awesome. And I'm going to go now before I start raving and end up with spoilers. Can't wait for season 2, though. Haha... I know which emotional ploy you're referring to and I really feel like they stole it from the Wizard of Oz... the worst part is it didn't really get used... I thought they were going to go in a totally different direction with it Also Aims, you just saw my favorite episode. |

How many of you have seen the finale yet? When we all have, I'll come and tell you My Theory Of How It Will Fold Out, hahaha. And my rants about the finale as well.
I can't wait for the second season. I LOVE this show.
