i never liked linkin park, but my sister was really into them. and i heard "my december" and i began to like them. i hate rap, but i do like them. i like the fact that they are not lewd and don't feel the need to curse 120 times. i think their videos are cool too. what does everyone think of them?

I own their debut album which I think is great. My favorite songs are "Paper Cut," "One Step Closer," "Points of Authority," and of course "In The End." I never really got into "Crawling" though. His voice really annoys me in that song.
I'm no big fan either, and am not normally into that genre of music. But I think they stand out from the rap/rock bands, because they explore a different way of writing. It's very transparent and raw. I like that.
I never understood why they came out with a remix album as their second album. What's the point of that when you've only released one album? I think people would have appreciated something like that more after a few more albums were released.

My brother really asked me a million times to hear them; i've watched on MTV and i didn't like them (but the blonde singer was very very hot on the "One step closer" video  ). One day, I finally heard it, and it's not the greatest album of metal-rap-rock-heavy (whatever you wanna call it) but it's good. I like more Korn... But well, I've heard they released a new album a few weeks ago, is it right? and the album, is good? |

Hey, another member here turned me onto "My December" and I absolutely love it!!! I went out & got that whole reanimation cd b/c i love that song Soooooo Much!! The rest of the cd is actually pretty good, too. My kids love #16...it's a voice mail message from one of the guys to the other saying something like "Dude, i'll be in town all week & we can finish up that track, call me" beeeeep! LOL! Silly boys. Anyway, a shout-out to Squishy for turning me on to the My December song. I am going to be seeing linkin park this summer! Woo! |

I like them a lot. I really liked Crawling when it came out and my friend had the cd, so I burned it off her. I found out it was only 45 minutes long! The songs are good though, but I can't name them. That's what happens when you don't have the credits to read, lol.
I'd like to hear these remixes you guys are talking about. I think they are the best rap/rock hybrid out there.

NEW ALBUM ON THE 25th. My December is one of my favorite songs of theirs but it's not on any of their cds released in the USA. i had to by this single from Japan that was 40.00 to get that song and high voltage. WEll to get the un-remixed verisons anyway. |

And as far as your missing credits/list, you can print those off from their site, or from towerrecords.com, so you'll know what the songs are called. I'm still addicted to My December.... |
