I have a lot of CDs too and it's kind of hard to decide. But let's see...
I've listened to "Tails" (Lisa Loeb) so many times that if you look at the silver side it's completely scratched up. I think i'm gonna have to buy a new one.
Every single Tori album, especially "Scarlet's Walk" at this point. I also am very partial to the "Winter" single because that has some of her best b-sides.
"Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie" (Alanis Morissette) will always remain the album that I would take on a deserted island with me if I could only choose one.
I've also listened to "Let Go" (Avril Lavigne) countless times, and I love that album very much. Also Dashboard's Confessional's "The Places You have come to fear the most."
I also really love "Spirit" by Jewel and "Mirrorball" by Sarah McLachlan.
I could go on and on. Among those are:
Bjork - Post Dave Matthews Band - Under The Table And Dreaming Plumb - Candycoatedwaterdrops Jars Of Clay - Much Afraid Jennifer Knapp - The Way I Am Ani Difranco - Not A Pretty Girl

Granted I pitched a ton of cds recently... I think I can handle this list.. so long as I just say that all of my Tori cds/singles are essential, so I'm not listing them.
+Covenant - United States of Mind +Enya - A Day Without Rain +Enya - Paint the Sky with Stars +Funker Vogt - t +Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - The Boatman's Call +VNV Nation - Futureperfect +VNV Nation - Empires

I have over 500 CDs, so this is a very difficult question to answer.
My Tori Amos collection is definitely my favourite above all others, but besides those, I'll list just a few that I love.

I like alot of your CD's, what is up the spice girls though? lol JAJAJAJAJAJA, you made me laugh a lot!!!!!!!!!!! I like Spice Girls. there are a few reasons: 1- they were the first women to make pop music. after them, appeared Britney, Christina and all that shit. 2- they were funny. how many times have you seen a girl dressed in a versace with a fay redhair in platforms? 3- they made their third album with hip-hop. Britney and Christina made the same... 4 years after... 4- Have you ever heard a song more funny than "Wannabe"?

Umm I disagree with you, If anyone is the Queen of Pop, I would have to say Madonna, she's a huge music icon. Is Spice Girls still around, or only in Britain?

It's a pity, i really liked them. but i didn't say they were pop icon; I agree with you, the Queen is Madonna (though I don't like her much, but I admit she is good and has an impressive career). I just say that among all the pop artist, they were a few steps before the other ones (did i say it good?)., I mean, they're the same than britney and all that stuffs now, but all that brit & cia are doing now, the spice girls made it 4 years ago. it's just that. "yoooooo i'll tell you what i want what i really really want"... yeah, it was TOO funny ;D
