Lauren~ I actually squealed when I saw you put Everclear's "Strawberry" on your list. I have a ridiculous amount of love for that song!

Whoohoo, Lau! ;D I was posting at the same time.... Sean and I are diggin' on your list. Man, I had at least 3 or 4 songs that you did, too, but I had to cut mine. Sean loves your Neil Young pick. ;D (And I just gotta say: GOOO, IDIOTEQUE!!!!!!! ) This should be fun.... Thanks, I loved both of your lists, too. Same here, there were several that I had to cut and as I've gone back and looked at yours (and others) I've found a bunch that I wish I could be in my list. I can't believe there's no Zepplin in mine, no Alice in Chains, and no Kate Bush! There were a bunch of songs that are on Sean's list that were on my original. But there really isn't anything that I'd remove from my list. *joins cheering section for Idioteque* Datura, we have several songs in common!! ;D ;D Yeah, we do. I guess we both just have good taste! I actually had a couple more from your list ( Heart-Shaped Box and Get Free), but I had to cut them.

I've seen them in concert a few times and it's so great when they play that -- the whole audience joins in and goes nuts! "Don't fall down now, You will never get up, Don't fall down now..."

But now that it's over, what's going to keep me busy at work? I wrote down most of my list while I was there, then I looked through my list at Yahoo Launch, then I looked through my cds and mp3s. It was huge and required a lot of cutting! Now that I'm done, I'm peeking through the other lists, and they ALL look really good. Some of them contained a bunch of songs that I had to cut from my own list. 4. Cranberries: Daffodil Lament Fortunately, that one stayed on my list!! 1. Orinoco Flow – Enya 13. Fast Car – Tracy Chapman 24. Enjoy The Silence - Depeche Mode 27. Only Happy When It Rains - Garbage 34. Repetition - Information Society 43. Doll Parts – Hole 50. Patience – Guns’n’Roses 51. Stairway To Heaven – Led Zeppelin I LOVE these (your whole list was fantastic! I had several of these on my original list (though actually for Information Society I had I Want to Know) A Perfect Circle - 3 Libras Tom Petty - You Don't Know How It Feels Garbage - Only Happy When It Rains Your whole list was really good. I had these ones on my original list. And I did have some Smashing Pumpkins. 9) Paranoid Android - Radiohead WOOOO-HOOOO!!!! If I could have given this one more points, I would have. I love your list, by the way! It reminds me that I don't have Rage Against the Machine, Hole, or Red Hot Chili Peppers in mine. I really wish I could have fit them in! Dennis, your list reminded me that I forgot to put Mazzy Star on my list! Carly, your list was actually what reminded me to put Staind on my list (gotta love the local boys), and I wouldn't have chosen any other song! Helen, your list points out the songs that I would have liked to add for Frou Frou, Portishead, and The Cure. At least I got one or two of their songs on the list, though! Aims, you had an AMAZING list. There were way too many songs from yours that I would have put on mine!

"Don't fall down now, You will never get up, Don't fall down now..."They opened for Matchbox 20 my freshman year of college. They played "Strawberry" and I've been addicted to it ever since.

Good goin', Sammalamma!!! Oh, man, it's painful to read other peoples' lists and be reminded of songs I either had to cut or just forgot. Zombie, Your Armor, Everlong, Blister In The Sun were all on my original list... just to name a few. And Sean's gonna kick himself when he realizes he left of "Pardon Me"!!!! Lauren, I'm glad you and others did get some Portishead in there... I was torn between Wandering Star, Sour Times, and Roads... so I just ditched them all and went with Beth's solo song. LOL, I know that makes no sense, but yeah.

Mr Man is sadly going to have to withdraw his nominations. This is something I can't do without a lot of emotional investment, and right now my emotional investment is being channeled into houses. I can't make a list like this lightly, it's just not in my nature. I'm sure we'll all be doing this again in a year or two, how about I start working on my list for then?

Schnookims, the max number of songs you can have by one artist is 10...and you have more than 10 Tori songs. I really can't hold that against you, though - I just wanted to let you know.
