LOVE Placebo! Without You I'm Nothing is probably my fave of their albums though... I guess just because I've had that one the longest out of all of them and listened to it the most. (P.S. On a completely unrelated note, I have to say... cool avatar! I love that song )

can't say i like them much. like 'Pure Morning' and 'Running Up That Hill', and considering only 50% of that is original material... the guy has a sexy voice, though.

Hahaha yeah, well ALMOST going to their concerts is the story of my life. When we were 17 my friend Amy and I were ecstatic that they were doing a gig here - but when we went to get our tickets we were told it was an R20 gig coz they were serving alcohol there (this was back when the drinking age was still 20.. it's 18 now).
So anyway, depressed as all hell we went out and spent the money on other stuff to cheer ourselves up. THEN... a week or so later, we found out it'd been changed to all ages - but then of course we couldn't afford it!
ARRRGGGHHH!!!!
(and last year when they came here, Amy had moved halfway across the country so I had nobody to go see them with anyway... *sob*)

They were supposed to perform here last summer, but the festival was cancelled. So I made some plans to see them a bit further away, but unfortunately I had an exam in Neurology that evening, so I couldn`t go... Yay that was fun What are your favorite Placebo songs?

I'm not a fan but I do like some of their stuff... my friend had Without You I'm Nothing back in high school... loved it then...I got it on sale last year, didn't like it as much... I guess people's taste in music changes with time... anyways, been listening to Sleeping with Ghosts and I love This Picture from it!
