Hehehe I like this idea. But at the moment I struggle to think of 5! Oh well.
1. TOOL ... whatever it'll be called... who cares, you know it'll be good 2. Placebo - dunno what that will be called either.. EDIT: 3. The new Soulfly album, been meaning to check that out for a while.
And I'm hoping Ben Harper puts a new album out this year? Mostly just because I want to finally see him live though.
Basically Tool is the only thing on the horizon that I'm excited about.

Ha, great idea, Tanja! I have to say, your first three wishes make me want to rush over and hug you! I have all three, and you will LUFF them Ok, well an album (or ten) of Patty Griffin's is definitely on the cards, as well as Brandi Carlile and the new Stereophonics album. I'll probably run out and grab Utada Hikaru's 'Passion' single when I get to Japan, as well as anything else of hers I missed. I might have to wait a while though....

Ha, great idea, Tanja! I have to say, your first three wishes make me want to rush over and hug you! I have all three, and you will LUFF them I know I will... I was just in Stockholm and Helsinki over the weekend and none of the record shops I visited had her albums! I guess I was looking from the wrong places and just have to order them online. #2# Well, at least I got PJ x2 ("huh" and "stories") We did visit the best shop ever in Stockholm: science fiction bokhandeln (book store), I got Neverwhere and American Gods by Neil Gaiman in English and Artemis Fowl in Swedish! (trying to fresh up my Swedish...)

I can't list five, but here are two that I'd check out. If I can think of more I'll write it. I just can't think what's new out there.
1. The new Tool (I like some stuff of theirs) 2. P.J Harvey, you guys keep talking about her so I'm curious now. And she plays guitar!

I still haven't got the ones I mentioned before but... now I really need to get Nieminen & Litmanen's albums! (there's 2 of them) They had a gig at Jazz Bar in Jyväskylä on saturday and it was soooo great! It's a two man show with only drums and Hammond and I looove that sound! You can listen to 2 full pieces of their music and 2 clips from the previous album at www.nieminenlitmanen.com/
