Wooo, Sam... pretty farmhouse!  Have you guys looked at plots of land for it....or are you still in the deep-dreaming stages? LOL I imagine that land is bloody expensive out there in NY, in the areas where a home like that would be built. But 4 bathrooms? Are you crazy? That's a lot of bathrooms to clean! (I have 3, I know!)  |

(I have 3, I know!) yeah, we have been. we found 30 acres for $45,000, but it's land locked due to no deeded right of way, but we're trying to see if the catholic camp will let us make one using their exsisting driveway. and it's not as bad as the horse farm, lol |

Then again it could all be related somehow. silly yeah, we're still in the daydreaming phase of what house we REALLY want. of course what i couldn't show you was the really huge greenhouse that is attached at the back, and has all of our fruits, veggies and herbs growing, along with our indoor pool and hot tub. oh and the 50 stall barn with indoor riding ring, hehehehehehe. of course i think at this point i would settle for a nice little horse farm, with a nice house, and a generous amount of land. i really just want to be in the country, where i can have my horses, cows, pigs, goats, chickens, and ducks. and have a garden too, yeah that would be nice. i don't my kids growing up in ghetto, that's for sure! |
