While you were sleeping... The Dent put up a news item about several song titles for "The Beekeeper"! (That's the name of the new Tori Amos album, in case you haven't been keeping up with the new. What's with you, it's been out for 8 hours already! ) The three titles mentioned are: Sweet the Sting Sleeps With Butterflies Ribbons UndoneHmmm... beekeeper, sting, butterflies... anyone seeing a theme here! Oh yeah, it also mentions "vintage organs, Afro-Cuban percussion and gospel choirs". LET THE NEWSLEAKS BEGIN!

it evokes us nature. I can think of a Pulp song called "The Birds in Your Garden" but i guess the outlook is notably different.

ROCK ON, TORI! I'm so excited about this! Thanks for the thread, Trevor. Does anyone else find themselves suddenly thinking "Wow, that was faster than I thought"? Sean and I were just saying that it seems like we just got fully into Scarlet's Walk and it STILL has so much staying power that it's almost strange to turn our focus to something else new. I know, I know, I was complaining along with the lot of you this past summer about how we have to wait so long for the next new Tori stuff... but now I'm feeling so grateful that she's gonna give us more so SOON! Today is EXACTLY the 2 year anniversary of the release of Scarlet's Walk here. Oct 29, 2002. Time flies. Like a bee. - A very happy Mary-bee PS- OMG...I can't wait til she tours again! A TOUR, A BEE-TOUR!?Please, don't let them wear "bee wings" at the shows.....

Isn't it awesome! Here it is, my birthday, and I'm flying to Boston so I read the ENTIRE USA Today and there is an article about Tori's new album due out late Feb. Yes, she released Scarlet's Walk on my b-day two years ago! Some things are just not coincidences. I know you don't think that, Mary, but I do!!

Ahh, Karl, Happy (belated) Birthday!! : And I DO think like you do... I say coincidence-schmoincidence all the time! ;D Hope to see you at least one of the Tori shows this time around again. (LOL, like how I'm assuming she's gonna tour?... it's a pretty safe assumption based on her track record, though.)

had enough mariah fucking carey song title on welcome to sunny florida. anyway's i hope this is not over-produced crap. she came close to that on scarlets walk. the live-at-KCRW bootleg gave much better versions of her songs, and that was just her and a piano, nothing else.
edited 'cause i suck

You know what I think would be an awsome idea tho Iknow it would be a stretch, if all of us that could would travel to the middlemost part of the country to a city where she will play and go to a show together. How cool would that be find the middle travel point for all of us and go crash a concert hehehe
