Oooh, the Dent has reported that they'll be a Limited Edition version!!

Of course it's true! The LE packages will include little goodies. Some of us will get pewter little bees to string on necklaces. Some of us will get plastic honeycomb harmonicas (flavored, possibly?!). And a rare few will get packets of honey that Tori made herself. If you've been bad, your karma will hit you hard with your purchase of the LE album when you discover your special goodie is a ball of beeswax. Heh. ;D  "Who cares, it's Tori!" |

I've grown sceptical of these limited editions. Because they steal my moneeehhhhh  But seriously. I've been now disappointed twice, buying a more expensive version because of the DVD and find out that the DVD held something that could've fit in a CD-ROM (nothing a Flash program or something couldn't have handled) and thus be accesible for everyone with a comp, not just DVD player owners (I don't own one, so imagine me getting all worked up for seeing them at a friend's place and then... That's it?). And would've been less costly to make. And sorry, Tori, but in the Librarian DVD it wasn't a good idea to put Northern Lad and The Damage back to back. K:" Wait. Didn't she just do this song?" Me: "No. They just suddenly sound very, very similar." K: *totally loses interest in watching the rest of the DVD*. There goes my brainwashing attempts. Gahh, nevermind me ranting. I know I'll be getting the Limited Edition yet again. At least in Scarlet there were all the cute trinkets and stickers in there, hihihi. That was worth the extra 10 bucks... So I'm looking forward to those Bees, hehehe. Maybe all will get a tiny beekeeper's hat! |

There goes my brainwashing attempts. bahahahahaha, you know, i never even bothered to watch that dvd! matt has it and it always seemed like a complete waste of money IMO, especially because shortly thereafter came 'Welcome To Sunny Florida' which was far better than any two songs performed in a tiny little nothing extra disc. i never buy special editions. especially because they mostly come in digipaks and i hate them. |

some news on the limited edition:
The Special Packaging edition includes a Bonus DVD of over 25 minutes of
interview footage as Tori talks about the songs and their origins as well as a
unique glimpse behind the scenes at the photo shoot for The Beekeeper. The DVD
also features the bonus track "Garlands" set to exclusive content from Tori's
upcoming book, Piece by Piece, including photographs and text. The Special
Packaging also includes a seed packet with a wild flower mix prepared especially
for The Beekeeper.
