Great thread idea, Julie. I completely expect my ratings to change a bit after I've had more than the 10 listens I have so far... But here is my current rating of each song. My rating system is a bit different. -------------------------------------------------------- Mary's Love for the Beekeeper Songs Rating Scale: ♥ = Most favorite. Completely perfect songs to me. I'm blown away by and completely addicted to these songs, and I want to scream Yes, Tori, Yes, Tori, I love every moment of these songs! ♥ = Second most favorites. Awesome and beautiful and completely moving. ♥ = Third most favorites. Very enjoyable and very likely to rise up the rating scale with more listens. ♥ = Really like these a lot. And most of these are somewhat quirkier to me, with moments where I wonder 'Oh Tori, what on earth were you thinking here?', while simulataneously feeling 'Oh, Tori, I'm glad you made me feel this in this song.' Some of these I find to be very pretty, but just not as mind-blowing as the higher-up songs. ♥ = This are good songs with some really interesting and enjoyable moments, but overall they don't grab me as much as the others. I become more and more fond of them as I hear them each time but they still don't wow me as much as the others. And here's how the songs rate for me right now....=======================================

Guess you'll change your mind about Goodbye Pisces eventually.  Hmmm... I'd die to be able to do this rating, but it's just so hard for me... But ok, I give it a try, although I might change it any second... I'm using Julie's rating system, though I love Mary's colors, but it's an impossible task for this moment, I'm way too tired, LoL. Guess you'll change your mind about Goodbye Pisces eventually. You're right. I did! I'm liking it more and more, actually. It started on Friday when I had the parts of the song in my head (without the disc being on) and I HAD to go put it on. That's always a good sign.  ;D I have modified my color-coded love chart, lol. I switch the 2 lowest heart songs, which were formerly Goodbye Pisces and Martha's Foolish Ginger, with Cars and Guitars and Ireland. (they were right behind them anyway, so they just bumped down. Definitely should be there now that I've had more listens) I'm really disliking Ireland so much I can't believe it! |

LoL... And wont you change your mind about this as well maybe?  Hmmm... Well, I changed all my rating, cos now I love more Marys of the Sea, Witness and Barons of Suburbia. God, I still cant believe I forgot my iPod at home!!  Gotta go back to ebay, maybe I'm gettin the tix today. (PRAY FOR THIS!) |
