I wonder which version people do prefer? How about you? I prefer Dakota version. In my opinion it's more haunting, more disquieting. I love those background melody. It sounds like burning fire... And of course this version always reminds me of the music video - my favourite one next to "Caught A Lite Sneeze".

Okay, Tori once said (I think at Storytellers) that a dead english guy came to her while she was sleeping on the UTP tour, he sat on the end of her bed and sang Hey Jupiter to her. John Lennon lived at the Dakota Building, where he was shot as well, and so there you have it. It's her lil ode to John Lennon. xo

I do like the ending better in the Dakota Version but I prefer the music in the original and Tori sounds more heartbreaking at the beginning.

I have to say, it's the album version for me. I do like the Dakota version. but the album version's better for me because it's barer than the Dakota version; just Tori and her piano, some quiet harmonium, and a little guitar, and it's just perfect when she starts with the "ooh"s , you just have to sigh everytime you think about it.
