I sort of knew this all along, what with our super-strict immigration laws, but it's sad that The Dent has confirmed it:
Most of the information covers details we already know about, but the article does seem to indicate that the Special Edition version of The Beekeeper will be available in Australia as well as the regular version of the album. The article does not mention the seed packet that we know will be in the U.S. version, so we do not know if that will be part of the Special Edition overseas. (Certain laws regarding exporting things like seeds may prevent them from appearing in the overseas versions.) If you continue to look around the Sony Music Australia web site, you can find their artist page for Tori which includes a gallery of photos. One of these photos is the new Beekeeper photo you see here!
Just as well I didn't import it from Amazon! Might have had my bot thrown in jail!! Oh well, we'll just have to make up our own wild garden, lol.
The new photo is very 80s..... I'm thinking Bon Jovi, lol.

Hehe, I've sent Trevor lettuce seeds. Seriously. I know, I'm strange, but I'm serious. (Whoopsie! )

Hmmmmmm.......... I wonder what'll happen over here then. I've been trying to call my fave music store since Friday to ask about the special edition thing, but there's nobody there... which is a bit of a worry But anyway, since New Zealand doesn't actually EXIST when it comes to announcements like these from websites and shit, I have no way of knowing. Bleh. Typical. Though, our country is VERY strict about stuff like that too so I guess our special editions won't have seeds either. Lol that just leaves the same thought you had Hels - will I get thrown into jail if I buy it online and have it sent out here? teehee...

(Whoopsie! ) LOL, I have in fact seriously contemplated asking Customs if it's okay to plant American lettuce in my new vegetable patch, or if I'm going to release some strange new blight on the Australian lettuce industry. Note for future reference: island countries tend to have strict quarantine laws.

I was thinking along the same lines before I even found out that we wouldn't be getting the seeds in our limited editions down here! Even though I knew I probably wouldn't be able to plant them anyway (no room in the garden amongst the parents boring-looking plants). How geekish.
