That's really cool!
Yet, I'm still not listening! I'm tempted to read all the lyrics, but I haven't done even that yet. I'm normally the first one to run to clips, but this time... maybe I'm just effing lazy, bahahah!

The official-ness isn't the only thing that matters to me. I want to buy that album and I want it to be a complete surprise. Honestly, I'm not judging the people who have listened to the album...but I feel like the release is going to be pretty anti-climactic since so many people are familiar with it already.

I thought about that too but I think alot of us..I know me anyway will be just as giddy talking about it at the end of feb/ beginning of march...which is why I have tried to stop gushing now so I can wait for everyone else......

I listened. Just the once, same as I did with Hoochie Woman.
I'm vaguely disappointed at the moment. Somehow from the title "Sweet the Sting" and knowing it had the gospel choir, I expected something a bit faster.
At the same time, I liked the fact that it was a bit... sultry?

I didn't want to hear the whole thing until it was out either. I have "Sleeps With Butterflies" (which I don't like very much, unfortunately, so I don't listen to it) and "Hoochie Woman" (which I listen to every day and sing it in the car -- I'm addicted), but I swore that I wouldn't downlaod any more. However, I gave in and I ust listened to "Sweet the Sting" (on the site, not downloaded because I would be tempted to play it too often). I'm trying to resist the urge to play it again. It certainly makes me want my cd NOW! hehe Not sure if I want to listen to the others as they are released on there because I do want some amount of that feeling of having something new when I get the cd.

I wanna listen to the whole album at once rather than song by song, so I'll continue to wait.
