What does everyone else think? It seems that this is a story about a household where there is some conflict - seemingly a couple of which the man is a betrayer. Then it seems that we have at least 2 voices in the song. One of the voices seems to be the the other part of the couple - the woman who is suffering. The one who hasn't moved since the call came and is waiting for the next big storm. Then we have the voice of a pictureon their wall, or is it actually the voices of two different pictures? Seems to me that there is at least one picture talking. What I can't figure out is if it's just one picture - the seated woman herself talking? Or is there also another picture who is facing the seated woman picture making the commentary about what goes in their house? No, I'm not high. -Rob P.S. (Although when I first heard the song, I swore she said "I haven't moved since the cocaine" as if she'd just taken a really big hit and was still sitting there geeked or something.

Even though I've read the lyrics, I haven't listened to this song yet, so I can't really comment until I do. There is a brief quote from Tori about the song (from her book) here: www.yessaid.com/talk/1parasol.html
