No one had replied to this thread? Uhhh... Poor Original Sinsuality! It was on page 3!!! And I like it, and it's the song the tour is named after, so guess we'll be listenin to it in every concert, right? I like it, it's short, I love the "original sin, no, i dont think so...".

I absolutely love this song. I'm glad it isn't overdone with crappy cheesy strings or anything like that. Just her voice, the piano and that distant echo make this one a winner in my eyes. I give it 10/10. Especially cuz it's so short you can just listen to it again and again and again.

It's a tie between "Cars and Guitars" and Original Sinsuality for my favorite song from THE BEEKEEPER. I absolutely love it. The sound of her voice is divine. I love when she sings, "Original sin...no, I don't think so, original sinsuality." It's so...right in meaning, ya know? I LOVE when she sings "You're not alone in your darkness." It reminds me of the the sounds of the "hoooo"s in "Hey Jupiter".
This is my interpretation of it:
So much of religion is focused on sin. And in this song she is telling you that eating from this tree of knowlege...in other words, experience, it is no sin at all; it is sinsuality. No one is alone in their "sins". We all do it. Not all of us think of what we do as a sin but in the opinions of strict Christians we will go to Hell for our acts. While she's saying, "No, I don't think so."

One of the best songs of this album, I think that it's also perfectly contained in the "orchard"!
