I used to play the alto sax, and have always wanted to play guitar, so last week I bought one on ebay that's so pretty. Anyone have any guitar experience out there? I'll be looking for pointers.... Here it is:  |

That is such a beautiful guitar!  I tried to learn how to play a couple of summers ago, but I have little baby hands and I can't spread my fingers wide enough.  |

I'm trying to learn...Clay bought me an acoustic last May for my birthday. With all my Nursing school responsibilities though, I haven't had a lot of time to put into learning.  I recently purchased Guitar for Dummies...it's supposed to be really helpful, but I haven't had time to even look at it yet. Hopefully this summer, I'll find time to start working on this, because I really want to learn. Here's a picture of my poor neglected guitar:  |

That is such a beautiful guitar! I tried to learn how to play a couple of summers ago, but I have little baby hands and I can't spread my fingers wide enough. So, blue, what concert did you see last night? Such a shame about the planes  I was just lookin thru the newly condensed picture thread, and I swear I have seen you before (you probably heard that a few times, I have...), have you always lived in the people's republic of boulder? |

I've only lived in Boulder since August. Before that I was in Fort Collins... I went to see Tinkers Punishment last night. You might have heard of them. They're a local band and it was their last show in Denver before they go on tour for 3 months.  |

wow that guitar is beautiful. I am so happy for you! I don't know how to play but if you ever need singing lessons let me know hehe I used to teach music and voice lessons professionally!

i would show you my guitar, but i can't do anything on my computer without everything freezing. i'm surprised i'm posting right now.....
i can't really play. i used to have a 5 string bass, but my brother borrowed it from me, and thought i said keep (keep doesn't sound like borrow, so you got me) and traded it for an electric guitar. but anywho, my kids like to play with it when i have it out, so it rarely comes out of it's case. my hubby got it for me for christmas. when i can do anything on my computer, i will post pics of it...
