I've heard a lot of complaints from people about having seats on the floor. Unless you're pretty close to the stage, I guess it's hard to really see Tori.

i think i would be happy having like 10th row seats. i don't want to be so close my eyes hurt, and too far away she looks like an ant. so somewhere in the middle would be perfect for me.

Pre-sales do not ALWAYS suck, but as a general rule they do. So you would be well advised to wait for the general sale. If you are willing to wing it (which a lot of us aren't, especially since it would be your first show), then waiting until the day of the show when tickets magically become available, even when the show is "sold out" can put you real close! Not only that, but if you show up at the venue and do this, you do not pay the extra charges that Ticketmonster is known for.
The choice is yours. Choose wisely, my young Obiwan!

Gah, presales, I had a bad experience with one of those. They just guarantee that you get tickets, not that you get good seats. Ok, I have a question. When I last bought my Tori tickets through Ticketmaster.com I was online and ordering the second they went on sale yet I kept getting balcony seats. I was frantic, thinking all the floors seats were already sold out. I finally got through to ticketmaster on the phone and took whatever I could get (they're about 15 rows back a pretty far to the right..so not that bad, I guess). But then I went online again and saw that they were selling better seats then what had been on sale at 10am, when the tickets first went on sale. I was pissed! So, does it pay to wait? Is this normal, that better seats go on sale a little later on in the day? I'm going to try and get tickets for 2 shows on Saturday morning and I don't know if I should wait or just take the best I can find. And also..ticketmaster through the phone. Does anyone know anything about how that works? Does it work like the website where they release better seats after the sale starts? I just really don't want to screw this up and be stuck with horrible seats.

i think i'm going to go to the kansas city show...i've only had 1 experience with a presale and that was last year on the slg tour. i got about half way back on the floor...they were alright but the first tori show i got 2nd right center, they were amazing. they just kinda fell in my lap too, the concert just so happened to fall on the night of homecoming for my high school and this girl won tickets on the radio but she was a cheerleader and couldn't miss the game so she sold me her tickets and i sold my 10th row tickets to a friend. the second time i saw tori, my best friend and i won front row tickets from mp3.com for the 5 1/2 weeks tour...and the third time i waited too long to buy tickets and ended up way in the back at an outdoor venue...anyway, i probably won't do presale cause i won't have money in time but i get too nervous to wait to buy on the day of the show...anyway, i'm rambling...........

Floor seats are not bad at all, and I think Tori tickets are cheap, but it is the best concert that you could EVER go to. You need to go see Tori, you will have a great time, she puts on a hell of a show. I think you made a mistake on waiting till the sales start, because one of my cousin's friends did that and they got very shitty seats because nothing was left.

Don't worry about waiting Mr. Light. Mostly it's just a matter of luck as far as what tickets you get. Last year on the SLG tour, my boyfriend waited after the pre sale to buy tickets and we had really good seats.

Okay its general sales, and the ones I've got queued up now are in the center on the floor, about a third of the way back. Pretty good, right?

Wooooooo I bought the tickets! Unfortunately the server was reaaaaaaaaaaaally slow by the time my roommate came home so... a) I was 15 minutes late for class and b) the tickets were in the middle of the floor, not a third of the way in... but slightly closer to center so... Color me excited. ;D
