Hehe, I was one of the lucky ones last fall, remember? I won tix to Tori's show in L.A. & then also won that grand prize to go to NYC to see her at the Sony Music show (where they recorded the upcoming dvd that I'm just dying to get!!)

i will let you know if i win. my friend (who isn't a tori fanatic like me) is also trying to win tickets for me. i need 4 of them. yeesh! lots of money, but worth it. my bestest friend wanted to go with me the first time, but right now she thinks she has to buy the tickets. little does she know i'm going to get them for her, muahahahahahaha. is it evil of me to make her think she has to buy them, and then be like hahahaha, nope i bought them? *devilish grin* i love surprising people like that!

bumblebee, I don't think I ever asked how the rest of your trip to NYC was. How was it?

It was COMPLETELY AMAZING!!!!!! Sean & I had the best time. They put us up in the Crowne Plaza in Times Square! We were up on the 20th floor & could see the whole city below out our window....incredible! Woo! We walked all over the city, went to see the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island (Sean's Irish & was a history major & has always wanted to go there so that in itself was just amazing!) and even went down to 'Ground Zero' at WTC.....we pretty much didn't sleep & did the tourist thing the whole time! We probably had 50 cab rides in those 3 days! LOL Hehe, if I could figure out how to post pics here I would show you the coolest photo of us on the ferry with the NY skyline in the background.....I love it! Thanks for asking.....did I mention the trip was AMAZING?! ;D

You know I regret now that you & I didn't 'know' each other better before we went.....I would have given you a 'shout-out' while we were freezing our a$$es off in line!!

That would have been cool. I was shaking so much in line. It wasn't from the cold though, it was mostly because I was sooo excited. I was so cold that whole night! I wanted to keep my jacket on, but the lady at the entrance to the studio told me to take it off and then she shouted back to the other people in line that coats weren't allowed and I said "not even if you're cold.."

ok now I'm just remembering pointlessness from that night.

Who knows, maybe I'll win tickets to a show by you..that would be hilarious lol.

ya, undeniable, I was cold the whole time too....definitely from lack of sleep (i had stayed up all night the night before & then i couldn't sleep on the plane b/c I was too excited!) and pure adrenaline/emotion......the cold weather just made it worse!

raisingrrl, sorry you didn't get them....can you keep trying thru the weekend?
