I have heard it before but don't remember it much. Personally, I like tori Amos in her Y Kant Tori Read years. I never really understood why she was so ashamed of the album. It has the typical 80s music feel to it which I like.

I have never heard of it either and to be honest I think I will download it later because right now I'm in a moody mood today hehe. I'm like not actually in the mood to talk about Tori Amos. No, Distant Storm is a song that tori did for a movie in 1988 called "China O'Brien." It wasn't put on a CD or anything, only played during a part of the movie, and only for about two minutes and fifteen seconds. It wasn't written by her either, I believe it was written by "Tess Makes Good."
I downloaded it about a week ago, and it is a very catchy song. Her voice is reminiscent of her yktr days, which I very much like as well and I too don't understand why she was so ashamed of them. I, however, did not like her image at that time - but the music was still amazing.
It's too bad there is only a mediocre-quality download of this song. It would've been nice if there was a full recording made, it would certainly be a tori classic. But yes, I recommend for everyone to download it as well.
