i have to suggest Evanescence. you can only really find 1 of their songs online right now and it's not the best but be prepared to hear more from them around february. they were just signed to wind-up records and are on the upcoming Daredevil soundtrack www.daredevilmusic.com

Hello everyone I was just looking around in your forum and I came across this thread and noticed that 'Something for Kate' had been recommended. I am a huge Something for Kate fan, (call it an obsession if you will) Anyway, I highly recommended these guys to you. They're from Australia (like me and formed in 1996. Their third album, 'Echolalia' was recently released in America, being their first overseas release. It's music of an emotional nature, quite passionate and soulful. When you listen to it, it's like you're in this complete dreamstate. Lyrically, they are fantastic-lyrics that provoke a lot of thought and are very inspirational. Musically, they are just as good! Their earlier work is a lot louder and more raw, but their latest work is quite different. go to- www.somethingforkate.comenter the site and in the top right hand corner there's little picture that says 'Listen to the latest something for kate releases' There will be a list of their most recent work here. Just download whatever you'll want ( you'll need a real player ) I recommend, ( from that list ) -You Only Hide -Twenty Years -White -The Astronaut (solo, live acoustic) -Haiwaiian Robots -Beautiful Sharks (solo, live acoustic) -The Green Line is us, The Red Line is them Anyway, I hope I haven't annoyed anyone. I'm not trying to spam you or promote their music, I'm just trying to be friendly and introduce you all to some amazing music. This music has changed my life dramatically for the better and I hope that you all can gain just as much from it, as I have. Thankyou all for listening- etc, etc, etc....

You Only Hide White Jerry Stand Up
and the one about Feeding the Birds....(lol)

So tell us about you & Tori....what are your faves?

WOOHOO!
Another Aussie!
Welcome welcome welcome to etc etc etc!
I only know the Echolalia album so far but it's such a wonderful one I am definitely going to check out the earlier SMK albums.
"Monsters" is just the bee's knees as far as I'm concerned.
