ok - so i need to test your quote/lyric knowledge....
i went to a catholic school (i am a recovering christian. well actually i'm wiccan - but that's another story) and they are doing one of those "brick" programs. you donate and they have whatever you want engraved on a brick.
i want a quote or tori lyric - keep in mind it's at a catholic school, i want to express my opinion but not piss anyone off ("so you can make me come that doesn't make you jesus" would NOT work)
here's the limitations - three lines. max. 13 characters each line - and a space, hyphen, or comma IS a character.
please help give me suggestions!!!!!!!!!! thanks!

tough question, i don´t know, you should take anything you want ( i don´t really like catholic schools), even if it´s offensive, has the quote to be religious?

yeah - i'm not a fan of catholicism, but i like the school....
i don't want the quote to religious or anti-christian. rather something that is self empowering, if that makes sense.
i went through a lyric database and here are some that work - i am still open to suggestions, as well as votes for your favorites!! (some quotes modified to fit the space)

I think it's cool that you are getting a brick! ;D My suggestion is not Tori-related, but it's a shorter version of my favorite saying: Conceive it
Believe it
Achieve it(the whole thing is actually like this: Follow your dreams: if you can conceive it & you believe it, you will acheive it!! )  |

You've already thought of one of my very favorite Tori quotes: "butterflies don't belong in nets".
(If you listen to the recording of "Mary" played at Wallingford last year, you can actually hear me cheer after that line, lol)
Personally, that's what I would choose.
I really like a lot of your ideas!
"you're just a

Sorry I didn't add anything new, but I really like those two ideas the best!!

hehe... Yeah, I was in the rear orchestra last year (this year I was in 9th row, which was quite a difference!) so you can barely hear it, but it's me! I was a little embarrassed cause everyone else was silent at that point, but I couldn't help it. There were two girls that were a couple of rows ahead of me that were lucky enough to talk to Tori over the entire crowd and you can hear them pretty clearly (not sure which song it was recorded on) when they requested "Tear in Your Hand". Ah, memories... hehe |
