So I'm listening to that stunning Alex Lloyd Acoustic Tour disc you sent me ages ago, Helen, (currently he's flubbing on 'My Friend') and it made me wonder... Do you or Trevor (or anyone) have the new Alex Lloyd album yet?! It's on my wishlist. Ohh, shhh... my favorite song is starting... I feeel liiiike thisss on my waaaay hooo-home... ♪ |

He's also on a bigger tour right now *sniff* I wasn't much into the album at first, but it's growing on me nicely. I think my favourite song from the album is actually a b-side, Safe To Say. I do love Outside, Never Meant To Fail and Sometimes. Mayrs, I can never get enough of My Way Home. ♥ And his wife (Amelia) is expecting again! |

terrible news: last night, a 16 y/o guy stabbed 28 people at the grand opening of berlin's new central station. matze, I'm so sorry to hear this.... Such a young, 'innocent' person, too. The news in Japan has been incredibly depressing lately, too. In the past week and a half, 2 children under 6 have been kidnapped and killed, one left for dead on the road (now in a coma) and another, under suspicious circumstances, to have fallen to her death off an apartment balcony. There is serious mental illness in this country, but the culture continually hides it, denies it, and is ashamed of it. It's very difficult for me to accept this. *hugs matze* #23# |

Hugs to Matty and Helly for having to hear about these awful acts of neglect and abuse. I always cry when I hear about these things, I couldn't imagine how scared they must have been. The sad thing is that these things are happening all over the world right now, going unnoticed and unreported. :*(
