hello my darlings! writing y'all from the deep end of the ocean my city has become (have i mentioned it's been raining torrentially ever since the day i made that thread? you should all double the quantity of filthy water + number of deaths + number of homeless + millions of bucks in general losses to get an idea of where things stand right now) just to let you know that i live! yay! meanwhile, my internet connection doesn't. the cables are buried under thousands of cubic meters of mud and dirt and lord knows when anyone'll be able to get to them to make some repairs. i'm lucky to have gotten connected now. got PMs from Carly-san and Helsie-petal to check and i'll do that soon as i can. for the time being i'm gonna row, row, row the boat to bed and tomorrow get my oars and go gently down the streem to an anniversary party. tech's coming sunday to fix the cables (hope he brings a snorkel) and then luckily i'll be able to make a post that doesn't have to be done in loger than 20 seconds - thus allowing me to execute the magical wonderments of paragraphs. love y'all! ;D

thanks everyone! cable man was just here and says "he couldn't find anything wrong". i almost hit him in the back of the head with my rowing paddle. i can certainly spot many a thing wrong with my connection! Helsie, thanks for talking to Apollo for me, it's stopped raining and what do you know, the sun's even shining! now it's time to cut our losses and rebuild everything from scratch. meanwhile, Nattie, i LOVED that telegram. Carly, i think the mp3s will have expired by now (still no time to check, need to catch up on about a zillion things first) but i'll let you know for sure. i love the one Cat Power song i know! ;D
