I met a cuddly koala one day This is what he had to say A koala is not a bear So there! Take care
Panda bears and polar bears Are bears. So there! Grizzly bears and teddy bears Are bears. So there!
Bears are all my friends That is where my story ends A koala is not a bear So there! Take care
Please take extra special care To say koala, not koala bear
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Sorry I've been absent for so long. Been busy, and my computer has been acting up and refusing to load various boards. See you around!

Haha! To Finns everything looks like a bear as well. We even call the anteater "ant bear". So apparently Germans are the same Thanks for asking, my job life is going ok. Totally stressed out and overworked, but it still has its moments and I'm actually enjoying doing what I do. Well, except on some days. But I guess that's normal to any occupation. And K.'s been doing pretty good as well. Working, as usual, and trying to tolerate the Finnish winter! We're soon going to the US for a while, though. How are things over in Germany?

Koalas are evil little creatures. Ask Mary what I wrote on her Christmas card about them.

I hope things will calm down a little bit, Jenni! TF pages take lots of time to load they always seem to stall towards the end of the loading.

Ha! Way ahead of you Orfeo! One reason why koalas are my favorites is that they're cut yet lethal. You think I would get a user name just based on cuteness? ;D (And I'll resist the temptation to grab that nudge-nudge-wink-wink between you and Mary ) Koalas are kinda like platypu-----platypi? Look harmless, then WHAM! you have a poison spur on your neck. That's great. Reddie, I really hope things will start slowing down soon, too. I still have 26 teaching lessons per week and on top of that all the time it takes to prepare for a class. AND next week, the going through of over 40 academic response papers which I need to grade. OW! I am so, so very much looking forward to summer. Then I only need to work on my thesis because I simply haven't had any time/energy now. Now off to eat some chilli con carne and then to bed.

Hi Jenni! Good to hear from you. I hope that things settle down a bit for you so that you have some time to breathe. ... I was going to type "take care", but now I just can't. Lol. -Lau
