I just wanted to let you guys know about a beautiful documentary I watched on PBS last week called "A Lion in the House". It documents five children's lives who have cancer over 6 years. It is beautiful and very moving. In the US, it should be playing again on PBS stations. You can check the website of the one you watch. You can also go to the website for "A Lion in the House" and read about the film and I think order it if you are in another country. I really recommend it to anyone touched by cancer, to parents---to everyone. The children-Justin,20,Tim,16, Alex, 8, Jenn and Al (I don't know their ages) are beautiful to witness. elizabeth

Thanks, elizabeth I will try and check out the website soon, though with my over-emotional state in recent years, I'm a bit cautious. Last year I saw 'Turtles Can Fly' at the cinema with my dad, and we both lost it. I still think about that movie...

Helen,
I was thinking of you when I posted about the film. I always remember your "Shave for a Cure" and how good of you it was. I haven't heard of "Turtles can Fly" but would like to. You can look at the website for this documentary whenever you like.
