His job was kind of dangerous. i can. but not from what he died OF. when sting rays get you, they're not normally fatal. but it got him in the heart, so... it just seems a bit strange. i feel bad! (i went to an amateur comedy last night to see my friend perform and in between jokes he went -- to the tune of bon jovi's "shot through the heart" -- "stabbed in the heart with a sting ray". it was awful but funny) |

I've just had a debate with a person because I think he was making his job more dangerous than it really could've been while they say that his death could happen to anybody.
The usual comment is "well any one of us could die any day, pilots have a dangerous job and so on". I realize he had a dangerous job but he also handled animals terribly in his tv shows, so his death didn't come as a surprise at all.
Still, I feel bad for his death of course. The world lost a big showman and a conservationist.
*slinks off, hoping not to get tangled in this topic again, hehe*
