i had a great day yesterday - woke up in my boyfriend's arms (cheesy, i know... but i loved it), had tired colleagues sing "happy birthday" in very tired voices, lol, had lots of cake at work, and then at night i went out with my friends to a superb dinner and some cocktails after. and to top it all off, the weather was marvelous.
loved it. i don't like being 26, though. almost 30.

HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY, MATZY!! I'm glad to hear that you had such a fantastic day, start to finish. 26 isn't so bad, 27 is scaring me though! I think it really does get better every year, it's just a slooooooooow process. 30 kinda scares me, but I'm trying not to get hung up on a number. My mom had a terrible time when she turned 50, and it was really sad to me that someone was that afraid of getting older. Easier said then done, of course. But yeah. |
