I was at the local with a few mates, and a woman on open mic night did a cover of precious things on an acoustic guitar. it was pretty bad I told her to try and cover a mazzy star song and she said she likes mazzy star, but was affraid she'd butcher it. I felt like telling her she already did that to precious things but I cant be mean, her intentions were good.

About 6 years ago I was working the St. Louis coffee/ bar circut and this guy murderd Sined O'Conners Black Boys on Mopeds. Now when I listen to it sometimes the nails on the chalk board schreeching he produced creeps in (shudder). Then he did the same to some old Jewl songs. When he was done he had all these girls hanging off of him. I don't get it, he was in his 20's but sang like the voice changeing Peter Brady. On a happy note this forum acknowledged my b-day how about that. I'm having a scotch on the rocks to celebrate. It's going to be the only thing I do. To anyone else whos b-day is the 25th happy one, and also we share it with Tina Turner and Christina Applegate

hey, what's up with tori these days? she's been so quiet! could that mean she's already working on a new record? She's been up to heaps, and yes she is working on a new record - although I'm pretty slack at keeping up with the news... will have to go fossick around some other forums to find out and let you know. What an incredibly dumbarse thing to do... nobody remembers it now because of that haha oh well, who cares. I'm not sure if I've heard anyone butcher a song I love like that. Well, not in person anyway (I would kick Aaron Lewis in the nads for covering Black and Sober...).

I wouldn't get addicted to the Wuthering Heights video because I hate that song. But I have seen another of her vids which I thought was pretty cool... There was this weather machine thing that this old guy was operating, making it come over all stormy, and then I think he died and she had to operate it but she was meant to be a little kid. It was really random which I liked lol

Oh yeah, that's the one. Cool video.
Nah I'd heard the original many times before I heard Hayley's version (which I think I've only heard a few seconds of) - just can't stand it. Blame my boss actually.

No she's not. It is her fault I've had to hear that song so many times, but not her fault it grates on my nerves so much.

You're a bitch. Snotty little ho sounds better than little snotty ho, I think.
It's all about bitches and hos (I'm not sure how to spell the plural of "ho".. if you add an e it's like the garden tool, but hos seems wrong too... and it couldn't be ho's because that's wrong also.. bleh).

Shockingly, it IS 'hos'... which grammatically rubs me the wrong way. But dictionaries back it up. Also... *channels Dr. Nick* Hi, Everybody!
