You've got a good tip, I tend to crush hard on straight guys anyway, and get pretty friendly with them. Man, someone needs to make a gay dating guidebook, if they haven't already, and if they have, someone needs to buy me a copy for Christmas. This shit is bananas! B-A-N-A-N-A-S! look at the ad that popped up at the top of my screen

i bought myself a crapload of presents. i had a christmas budget to divide amongst the people i love and, well, guess what? i love me most out of anyone i know, so i spent like, 85% of said budget on myself. I like the way you think, sir. it was completely accidental, i swear. i had no intention of spending all that money on myself. Ooh is The Color Purple the movie or the book?? *loves that book* it's the movie, but i'd love to have the book. i heard it's a great story (well, i know that, very well written.

gosh i can't watch it right now, but coming from you it's probably something that involves toilet or sex humor, lol. anyway, here's a really randomic fact... according to my audioscrobbler, i just hit 100k songs listened today. seeing as though i joined on june 13, 2005, that means that it took me 3 years, 7 months and 18 days to come to the current 100,075 songs i've listened to on my computer. that's 43 months and 18 days. that's, give or take, 1308 days, which averages 76,5107 songs per day that i've listened to.
considering the average length of a song to be, say, 3:45 minutes, i spent 263,93 minutes per day listening to music over the last 43 months. considering a day has 1440 minutes, that means that one fifth of all my day is spent on music listening. now, considering the hours i spend asleep (6-7 a night, let's say 6 and a half), out of the 1050 minutes i spent awake over the past 43 months, almost one fourth of it was listening to music in some form. and that doesn't count either what i listen to in my headphones when i'm outside the house or the voices in my head, who, some times, when they feel like it, sing to me. which proves the following: i listen to a lot of crap. and i spend way too much time holding a calculator.

All those numbers boggled my mind a little, but DAMN that's crazy. And at the same time, because it's you, it kinda doesn't surprise me... hahaha. If you had an mp3 player that scrobbled onto your profile imagine how much bigger it'd be.

^ right? i think the numbers would double! anyway, is it weird that only today i figured out that tori actually doesn't sing "god knows i've thrown away those braces" in Blood Roses? i actually had to check the booklet to make sure i've spent the last 10 years toiling under a misapprehension. and what sucks ass the most is that my version is actually better! boo.

Hey, Gosh, I haven't visited here in months.. so long. How is everyone? I read recently Tori has a new album on the way so excited. I'm loving that she describes her songs as vignettes. My main reason for posting tonight is something that has probably been done a million times over here but goes anyway. I wondered what songs like minded people with beautiful tastes in music would choose as their most eqsuisite (spl). One song that I have listened to for years fills me with an indescribable emotion, it's a mixture of grief, loss and hope if that makes any sense. I just wondered what everyone else would choose and its always nice to be pointed in the direction of beautiful music especially songs that continue to elicit such a strong emotional reaction. Here are mine, I have many many more but the first song is the one that in particular made me think about this post. I hate to say that I don't have any Tori songs here. The songs below are ones that have meant something special to me and in the fear of sounding they have truly moved me in a different way to any of the other thousands of songs that I love. 1. Lamb - Gabriel. 2. Little Wing all versions by Jimi Hendrix/the Corrs and Pearl Jam. 3. Fleetwood Mac - Landslide. Sarah xxxx

I tried to make a playlist of those sorts of songs but couldn't decide. It's a work in progress.

hey, here's a little tidbit... did anyone else notice that in the end of the Welcome to England video, Santa resurrects from the American Doll Posse cemetery for a special guest appearance? i thought that was so totally cool.
