Trust young Myra Ellen’s taste, Led Zeppelin really Rocks! I fucking dance to the music. You should probably check all that “new”live stuff that Jimmy Page found upstairs the “stairway to heaven”, however I don’t have that stuff YET so all I can recommend is “Sessions” a good start.
This dial up connection gonna kill me one day…<br>

Grr for your dial-up!
Then to the topic: when I was about 16 I fell madly in love with Led Zeppelin, only later I found out that they were Tori's favorite too. No wonder! They rock and have style. I even named my guitar James Patrick, in appreciation to Mr. Page's work. My favorites from them come from the earlier period. I really like Black Dog, Whole Lotta Love, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You... Ahh so many favorites. It's been now years since I've listened to them as hc as I did during my high school years. Thanks for the reminder, I'll dig them up...

Led Zeppelin are one of my all-time favourites. (when I say that, I mean like... there's Tool and Tori and Led Zeppelin... and everything else is a close 2nd).
Damn the universe that I wasn't born about 20 years earlier so I could've gone to some of their concerts.

I still haven't managed to watch it all in one sitting Yes, I know! Seen some of it, but nowhere near all of it yet. Plus, we keep recording the 'FreeView' concerts on our satellite/cable channels, so I've been a bit occupied watching other concerts like U2 and Pearl Jam. Yeah, that's right, go ahead and drool at the Jam. LOL ;D Good stuff. The U2 one, especially is one of the best darn concerts we have recorded.

You have to download “Darkness, darkness” saw Robert perform it on a concert in honour of the Nobel peace prizewinner on TV. Kind of dreamy. I’m thinking on buying “Sixty Six to Timbuktu”
Below a Tori- related piece in a Plant interview that I’ve translated from a Swedish music magazine while I translated a Tori interview from the same publication and by the same journalist.
Upstairs in the combined Pub and Restaurant “The Engineer” sits Robert Plant and listens on my Mini-Disc player while he eats vegetarian soup. He’s listening on a message that I brought with me from his rockstar pal Tori Amos, a woman who once admitted that Led Zeppelins first album – and Plants Valhalla wailing in particularly, to a great deal was responsible for her sexual awakening. The message that goes as: “Hello Robert! This is Tori sending you a "whole lot of love" and a big big giggle! Is perhaps not so juicy, but still enough to evoke a mischievous smile in Plants furrowed face. Ahh yes, he says. The lovely Tori. She’s pretty absorbed by the gate to the other side, but I’ve always believed in her. My host pass on to recall the version of Led Zeppelins “Down by the seaside” that he and Tori recorded for a Zeppelin-tribute back in 1995. I carefully avoid to comment on it, after all it was a spectacularly lousy version of a genuine classic.
I gave it a thought and it should of course be a "whole lot of love" not loads of love, the bloke that translated it to swedish should have left it, it's a funny reference

If the original artist is doing a different version of one of their own songs, whats the point in slagging it off?? How retarded. Tori's message was cute though! Hehehe..

Hahahaha! That interviewer is a dick. I think most journalist are pretty stupid, brown nosing those in power in this world, I don’t think you should be to harsh on this poor chap however. You’re right about those holy rock cows that not even the artists that created them in the first place seems to be allowed to have some fun with. But related to that I’ll give you a dick: a bloke that reviewed Tori’s SLG in the largest Scandinavian paper wrote that she had “raped” those “poor” lads songs and that she was totally untalented. Now of course he didn’t use the word “raped” by a coincidence although he tried to make it look that way. As for me I really liked the way Tori sang a different message through those songs. I guess I would kick the dick of this guy but he’s just a pathetic joke for a” journalist”. And by the way “4-track demos” is better than “Rid of me”, the lads gets worried and that’s funny. An example: a paper tested some music on some hockey players in the Swedish elite league (luckily not in my fav team Brynäs but in a team most Brynäs fans hates the most), and about PJ they went: Ohh No! no hysterical females! Did I laugh or what.
