....Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, to be exact! That's where you can see bands like.... Radiohead, Wilco, The Cure, Howie Day, Belle and Sebastian, Bright Eyes..... just to name a very few, ALL IN ONE WEEKEND! Everybody come to Southern California this May!  You can check out what I'm talking about here.... coachella.com/main.htmlNote: One thing I like about this place is that the food courts have decent food with veggie/vegan choices... On the other hand you are not allowed to bring stuffed animals into the venue because it's against the rules, lol.  I can't freakin' believe all these bands....especially RADIOHEAD....are gonna be in my backyard, Man!  *faints* |

You're going to kill me for this, Maz, but I'm all about the second day line-up! (Hooray for BE and B&S) If you haven't noticed (consciously or unconsciously) I am not a Radiohead fan. I had one album of theirs: OK Computer, but I gave it to someone because I never listened to it. *waits for the gasps to subside* Anyway, I'm so excited that you're excited!!!  |

LOL so what, I still whinge!! I would sell my kidneys to see The Cure. Oh shit, yeah.. the Fuji Rock Festival looks very cool indeed. One year they had some of it on tv here and Iggy Pop was performing, and letting all these people up on the stage, and everyone was dancing around like freaks and stage diving etc... Was the coolest thing I'd ever seen LOL. (but then, so is Iggy Pop..) |
