Lol JC, I like you already! Glad to see another person on what started out as a very lonely PJ Harvey thread  (actually, the activity on this thread the last week or so has been fabulous) I downloaded The Letter off grokster last week, but if the single is actually sold here (doubt it - oh well, the album will though) I'll still buy it anyway. Hell, I'll just harass the local stores about it till they get it in for me anyway... they're used to it by now.  |

Aimee, I'm glad I don't work at a record store near you  And yeah... June 8th?! For once, we get something after the rest of the world, huh? Well... I'll still be happy on June 8th, then. And there are a few videogames coming out in May, as well as Sunny Florida. So the whole May/June combo will be hell on my wallet... ehh I can just not buy anything or eat anything till then Edit: And oh yeah, in case you're wondering... I'm from a state that's "so fucking cold" aka Minnesota. |

It seems that with movies we get shit aaaaaaaages after you, but with music it's more often than not on the same release date - which makes it earlier due to the big ol' time difference (if not just earlier anyway). But if it makes you feel any better, I bet just because it's something I'm ants-in-my-pants about, it'll take forever (same with Tori's new stuff) and on the 8th you'll be all "WOOHOO!! BLAHBLAHBLAH!!" and I'll still be waiting. BTW: Lol.... Sofa king cold?  (sorry... couldn't help that) |

New pics of Polly! Not very good quality, because I was too lazy to save them to .jpg nicely in photoshop (takes too long to load..) so I just did so in paint, which always makes things look a bit yukky. Found these in a livejournal community I just joined. I hope nobody minds me nicking them... I'd assume not though, I'm not bandwith-stealing or anything.   What do you think of the new hair? I think it looks ok, but I did also see some screen shots of her on some tv show recently and in those pics it looked quite horrid. But at the end of the day it doesn't really matter... she's fantastic no matter what her hair is doing

oh sheesh, jason. i really like her short hair. like i said on a different forum, it looks like getting short haircuts has become fashionable amongst power rock women. first alanis, now PJ, who's next, courtney love? she should shave her head and dye it blue. |

Ok heres another new one..  I think this is just a bad picture of her, and that when she feels like being all glammed up, the hair will look fabulous.
