Curious to know which store closed... maybe I've been there! LOL! Doubtful, unless you came this far West, but: The Wherehouse, Route 66, about 7 or 8 blocks West of the Mills, and 4 blocks North. Also, just north of the big airport, and in the same shopping center as a less-than-lovely bar called Margaritaville. |

Whoohoo!  Glad to hear it. They sound quite a bit like Dashboard to me... do you agree? (Especially on The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows) I was totally into their song Sic Transit Gloria a few months ago. Have you seen that video? LOL I love it. It makes me wanna play Copycat.  I think they do sound a little Dashboardesque. I haven't seen that video, but now I'm all curious and I want to! |

I do know that I have some serious love for Sounds Like... and another music store whose name escapes me for their Tori, Bjork, and Radiohead stock. If you count Tori Amos singles ordered but not yet received and possibly not available from my local store, they'd occupy a couple more.  |

Spark UK part 1 / Tori Holy shit, Radioheadfest!!!! hahhahahahahaha.... I love that Iron Lung EP I can't remember how long ago I got it, but it's been a while. What is this Modest Mouse thing? I was just about to go get ready for bed the other night, and had it on the music channel as usual... and one of their videos started and I was like "ooh I must watch this to hear this song - see what it's all about". Recognised them from your sig + ramblings (I'm a lot more observant than people would think..) Anyway, don't know what song it was... they were arseing around on some farm though, if that helps. They reminded me of someone else but I can't think of who. |
