LOL... I'm listening to Begin To Hope right now. For the second time today.
I liked about 1/4 of the songs when I first bought this album. I don't have Soviet Kitsch, but would like to get it soon. Anyway, Begin To Hope has really grown on me. Some of the crap she pulls with her voice can irritate me, but I think she's a truly unique artist.

I've been meaning to listen to more of her stuff for well over a year and never get round to it. I suck, basically. Everyone everywhere is telling me how good she is.
Hmm.. I have limewire open right now... maybe this is a sign.

People keep raving about Fidelity and I actually had two different people make me mixed CDs with Fidelity on it, but it's one of my least favorites. Oh, well...

I think the stuff she does with her voice is amazing, and I like her music in general. I have both Soviet Kitsch and Begin to Hope. I prefer Begin to Hope, I love Samson the most simply for the irony of the line "and the history books forgot about us and the bible didn't mention us, not even once" it's my most listened to song on iTunes. I like Us too... it was the first song I heard by her. I also think Hotel Song is just fun

I saw a video of hers on Youtube that I really loved, my husband Shaun seems to like her music and he's pretty particulare about women in modern music. xo

She's amazing live. She reminded me of an early Tori in her days. Plus, she was so nice and took her time when we met.

So much hype over Regina, then I hop on over to myspace and I'm like "uhhhh okay..." lol Fidelity is really good though, as is the first 10 seconds of Samson. Other than that, I can't get into her. Her songs are too retarded for me. #19#

Hey, and what about her first two albums: "eleven eleven" and "songs"? I would say that they sound considerably different from the Kitsch and Hope. They are somehow more brave and vivid, though not so well polished as the last records. It's like a handful of diamonds, especially such songs as "Buildings" and "Pavlov's daughter" (my favourite ones).
