It's gonna be called Pocket Symphony and will be released on March 5. you can hear a snippet of all the 12 songs at www.pocket-symphony.com/ under 'records/audio'. tracklist is as follows: 1. Space Maker 2. Once Upon a Time 3. One Hell of a Party (feat. Jarvis Cocker on vocals) 4. Napalm Love 5. Mayfair Bank 6. Left Bank 7. Photograph 8. Mer du Japan 9. Lost Message 10. Somewhere Between Waking and Sleeping 11. Redhead Girl 12. Night Sight i'm only up to track 8 so far, but my favorite is Napalm Love (with Left Bank a close second). Space Maker reminds me a bit of Venus, also an album opener, off their last album Talkie Walkie. i'm a huge fan of Air (mostly because of my friend Steve - thanks MOD - and a chance encounter at a cd store in Germany the day Talkie Walkie was released) and am utterly excited that a new album is coming out. was about fucking time! this album sounds really great. more Moon Safari than any of their other records since. very melodic and minimalistic (in the way of Surfing on a Rocket, not in the horrible Mirwais sense of the word) i've a feeling 2007 will be just like 2003 when all my favorite bands released new albums. first Tori, now this, who's next? a surprise new album by Kate Bush? i'd be delighted.

Ooh, Pocket Symphony? Sounds interesting. I like the prospect of Redhead Girl. I can't believe they wrote a song about me. xo

I liked Talkie Walkie, but I have read several bad reviews for Pocket Symphony which led me to to believe it's an album not worth checking out. Has anyone else listened to this album?
