The Tori Amos Poland site (the one that initially leaked the album tracklisting) has some info on the cover art. Obviously I don't speak Polish, but with the help of a few translations sites and from what I can make out, there is an 8 minute documentary on the bonus DVD, and something about 15 limited edition post cards, however only 3 will be given with each disc.  It will be released on CD, CD/DVD, Digital Download, and....*drumroll* 2LP VINYL!  As always, only time will tell how truthful this information is. Vinyl release? Wow.
If that's really the cover, it's kinda cool. But that blonde hair is quite horrible, lol. Black-haired Tori looks like a real rock chick. Nice. And red-head Tori is of course nice.

COOL picture though!! It's certainly different to the bland fake cover (of the first promo photo with "American Doll Posse" written on it) that had been on that other site recently.
And it doesn't look photoshopped? I mean it's all Tori obviously but seems real enough?
Oh well, either way I don't care.. I'm more excited about the DVD and OMG VINYL!!!!!!!! Still haven't been able to get my hands on any Tori vinyl, so it'll be cool to FINALLY get something.

Thanks! I can't figure out what she's holding in that picture....any ideas? I noticed that when I first saw the picture and was quite intrigued. She's holding a stick of sage, which is burned for a Native American ritual called smudging (reference to Scarlet's Walk?). My understanding of it is that the smoke from the sage is supposed to cleanse your spirit, and is something you usually burn before the start of the day. The idea is that you waft the smoke towards your body while someone else holds the sage in front of you. |

Whatever ends up being the official cover, it certainly looks like it's going to be stranger and more interesting than the one for The Beekeeper. Somehow someone managed to pick the *worst* TBK photo as the cover pic last time around.

I really think what we're seeing here is a mock-up, as it doesn't look 'finished' to me.
The front doll's hair even looks a bit photoshoppped on, lol. I dunno....
