i got mine on saturday (my bf got it for me, since i have no idea when it's gonna be released here in portugal) and while i have a hard time deciding what my favourite song is, let me just say that i love the packaging, the postcards and the dvd. it was sooo worth it. what does everyone think of "my posse can do"?
now i can't wait for the concert. only 27 more sleeps. ;D

Well, it was released today here (as yesterday was national holiday and all the shops were closed)... so I went and bought it after work, special edition of course. I also got myself SLG as it was super cheap in that store (and I never got around buying it before). As for the album, I love it but I haven't listened it through enough times to decide on favourite tracks. The dvd extra was LAME! The idea was exact copy of the beekeeper... an extra song... great, but couldn't we have got something more, like the Big Wheel video?! Or at least some new ideas, like, interactive posse paper dolls... or whatever new! The album cover/booklet was still real nice. I wish I had all my CDs in this sort of cardboard cases instead of the crappy jewel cases we most often get. Going to bed now to listen more Tori. |

I got it. yeah, great packaging. havent listened to it much yet, my computers sound's been down of late. so far I like it much better than the beekeeper. speaking of TBK, my works radio station plays "sweet the sting" very frequently. yup, i've had it for a couple days now since it came out in the NL before anywhere else and i'd pre-ordered it off the web. germany got it on the same day. i think it's pretty unfair that we get our albums at least three days before everyone else does. but of course we profit from that. lol. ;D |

actually no, mine was shipped from the NL three days before the in-store release. all web orders were. so if i were living in Amsterdam i would've had it two days before aaaaaaaaaaaaall of you.  |

I really prefer plastic jewel cases, they are much easier to keep in good condition, any cardboard package, with or without plastic holder for CD is looking bad even after first trip in your bag. >.< I borrowed once my copy of Within Temptation's The Silent Force to my friend (special edition, i.e. cardboard package) and it looked years older when I got it back. >.< And I like to take some of my CDs along when I go visit my best friend if she doesn't have some CD we both like, so she can hear them too. And yeah, I could take only the CD but it's much nicer have booklet and the case along too. :/ At least when the CD is new. So, in my opinion cardboard packages pretty much suck. ;D Maybe they are pretty but not very practical. /sorry slight off-topic! #88# |

When you buy a lot of CDs used like me, you don't know what to expect when you order it and then I go pick it up and it's all worn. I know it's just the case but still. And it's not just bad handling. It's just general wear and tear. Pearl Jam's self-titled just came out last year and it's already got scuff on the corners from taking out and putting it back in the CD slot. I'm rambling on |

After making the special trip into Tokyo on Thursday, my heart sank as neither Tower or HMV records had it  Apparently it is a week late here, and Tower may not be getting the LE. So, I caved and downloaded it, and in quite good quality, too. I am hitting the beach in a couple of hours where I will listen to it beginning-to-end with hopefully no distractions. It's been quite the busy month with family and friends visiting, and with school preparations, but I hope I can concentrate more on my music and of course, the dear Torum. I can't wait to share thoughts/reactions about the album with you guys. |

I got mine the day after it came out. I bought the regular CD from JBHIFI and ordered the LE over the net (from JBHIFI). I love it! I haven't stopped listening to it in my car. My favourite songs are from Pip and I adore Big Wheel! I haven't watched or heard 'My Posse Can Do' yet. Eek, I love 'Teenage Hustling'! I love the whole damn CD!
